Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply to rentals and chauffeur services provided by Cherish Car Hire.
1. Bookings
All bookings are requests until confirmed in writing by Cherish Car Hire. Availability and final pricing are confirmed by our team before a rental begins.
2. Pricing & Payment
Rates displayed on this website are sample rates for guidance. Confirmed rates are quoted per booking. A deposit may be required to secure a vehicle, with the balance due before or on the day of hire.
3. Self-Drive Requirements
Self-drive customers must present a valid driver's licence, a government-issued ID and proof of address. A refundable security deposit applies and the vehicle may not be sub-let or used for racing, towing or unlawful purposes.
4. Chauffeur Services
Chauffeur hire includes a set number of hours per day as agreed at booking. Additional hours, overnight stays and interstate trips are charged separately.
5. Fuel, Tolls & Extras
Unless otherwise agreed, fuel, tolls, parking and any traffic penalties incurred during the rental are the customer's responsibility.
6. Cancellations
Please notify us as early as possible. Cancellation charges depend on the notice given and are confirmed in writing with your booking.
7. Damage & Liability
Customers are responsible for damage, loss or excessive soiling caused during the rental period, subject to the terms of the applicable insurance cover.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to bookings made after its publication date.
